Chef's vision

Every ingredient and every sauce for Dodo pizza is the result of countless tests and changes in standards and supplies. Our Research and Development Department led by the brand chef Konstantin Oganezov is in the eye of that working storm. And their work never stops. Dodo is about constant experiment and search. New items should appear on the menu and the old recipes should sometimes be left in the past. This is the way.

Not Fun, but a fact: The cheese in our videos is always real, no matter what they tell you about how cheese is shot in advertising. And it is really hot. But even to shoot cheese isn’t as hard as to show how soft is the pizza dough. A hot slice always tries to fall and collapse, and that’s why we sometimes put a little triangle support under. And that’s the only trick we use!
