You probably don't know anything about us, because for seven years, we've been working behind the scenes to make sure you know one of our biggest clients: Dodo Pizza. We brought together our strategic, advertising, production, cinematography, directing, and writing expertise to put our knowledge and beliefs through a long-term, hands-on test. We wanted to see how it would work with a major national brand when one team is responsible not only for the idea and its execution, but also for its developing, testing hypotheses, and experimenting along the way.
Over the course of our work together, Dodo Pizza has grown into an international brand while remaining known for its distinctive and revolutionary open approach to marketing. At different stages, we helped the brand define and reinvent itself, producing campaigns and films featuring real customers and employees. This exceptional experience helped us refine our framework and showed us that

Co-founded Yep! with Artem. Has worked in media production since 2011, with a portfolio spanning a wide range of commercials, documentaries, TV shows, and YouTube content. Cannes Film Festival award winner and YouTube Silver Play Button recipient. Also teaches Marketing and Brand Management at BHSAD.
Artem Zykin
Creative Director
Co-founded Yep! with Rinat. Has worked in advertising and branding since 2010, in Izhevsk, St. Petersburg, and Moscow. Over the years, he has worked as a copywriter, strategist, information architect, screenwriter, art and film director. Has worked with hundreds of clients, from city governments, factories, and fintech companies to major brands like Technosila, M.Video, Yandex, and, of course, Dodo Pizza.
Alisa Rizatdinova
Executive Producer
Alisa has worked in advertising and film since 2015, across marketing agencies, production companies, and film studios. She joined Yep! in 2019 and helped create our very first manifesto for Dodo Pizza. Her work has received awards at Kinotavr, Warsaw Film Festival, Golden Unicorn Awards, Short Day, and Tagline Awards.
Kira Zykina
Strategy Director, Researcher
13 years of experience in marketing, branding, strategy, research, and client-side work. Develops her own approaches at the intersection of marketing and culture. Has worked with both startups and international companies, including the Tretyakov Gallery, Dodo Pizza, VK, Soyuzmultfilm, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Alfa-Bank, L'Etoile, and others.
Gleb Neupokoev
Creative Producer, DOP
A key Yep! partner since its founding. Has 15 years of experience in film and video production, including short films, series, commercials, and music videos. Has worked with Yandex Practicum, Samokat, OZON, Danone, and National Geographic. Writer and director of several documentaries. Winner of a Berlin Music Award for the SHORTPARIS video "Scary".
Dima Madera
Art Director, Film Director
A key Yep! partner since its founding. Has directed campaigns for Technosila, PSB, Biocad, VkusVill, and Practicum, and has been shooting for Dodo since 2019. Came to directing from music, where he made documentaries and promotional videos. Developed the video division at Nimax. Videos from that period have since surpassed one million views on YouTube. Has worked as a producer and frontman for two bands and was Dodo Pizza's main voice for many years.
Ivan Davydenko
Brand Strategist, Researcher
10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and research. Has worked at major international advertising networks, corporations, and tech startups. In recent years, his focus has been strategy and research for MegaFon, Synergetic, Russian Railways, Yandex, Beeline, TikTok, Qiwi, and others.
