Work in Dodo

When the time came for the first federal HR campaign, we firmly believed that our force is in our openness and real stories. It seems that this kind of non-fiction is being revealed at its most in the videos about our work. The ones where we shoot our real employees, their families, their working places. This path has its own difficulties, but they are more than covered by the confidence that we touch on really important topics, test our ideas and are very inspired by the process together with our characters. Each story like this is a priceless experience and a way to find out more about how everything works and how we can improve it.

Fun Fact: The last video of the series, the one about the pizzeria team, is the most random; we literally came up with the story on set. At some point it seemed like we wanted too much from the team and were moving away from the concept. But this video turned out to be the one that gave us the biggest number of job applications.
